✦What We Do
Eight ways to be the name they already know.
Media, creative, search, and the site it all lands on — under one roof in Tyler since 1977. Take one. Take the lot. We’ll tell you which you actually need.
Everything an East Texas brand needs, and nothing it doesn’t.
Most agencies sell you the thing they’re good at. We’d rather work out what your business actually needs first — sometimes that’s three of these, sometimes it’s one.
Digital Advertising
Search, social, and programmatic bought properly — aimed at people already looking for you, reported in sentences.
Explore →Traditional Advertising
TV, radio, print, and outdoor — bought by people who’ve known these rate cards since 1977, and know what they’ll really take.
Explore →OTT Streaming TV
Non-skippable spots on Hulu, Roku, and Fire TV — bought one household at a time instead of one county at a time.
Explore →Social Media
Content, community, and paid — run by people who shoot it here and answer the comments themselves.
Explore →These aren’t eight products. They’re one argument.
The spot that runs on Thursday, the board on the Loop, the ad that catches them that evening, and the page it lands on should all say the same thing. That only happens when the same people make them.
One Number To Call
A person by name who knows your account — not a ticket queue and four vendors blaming each other.
A Flat Fee
Never a percentage of your media spend. That model pays an agency to spend more, not better.
You Own It All
Ad accounts, footage, artwork, the website, the data. If you leave, it leaves with you.
Forty-Nine Years Here
Same market, same building, since 1977. The stations still pick up when we call.
Nobody signs anything in the first fortnight.
Whichever service brought you here, it starts the same way — with us looking at what you’ve got and telling you the truth about it.
You call
Twenty minutes. What you sell, who buys it, what you’ve already tried that didn’t work.
Day oneWe look
We audit what’s running — the ads, the site, the search, the lot. Free, and no pitch attached.
Week 1We tell you
What’s working, what to stop, what we’d do first. Including “this doesn’t need an agency.”
Week 2You decide
One service or all eight. A flat fee, agreed up front, with the media budget kept separate.
Your callWe get to work
Then a monthly call in plain English, and money moves toward whatever’s earning.
MonthlyForty-nine years, one market, one building.
Six recessions, every format change, and the arrival of two different internets. The brands we started with are mostly still here — and so are we.

The questions we get on the first call.
Straight answers, including the ones that aren’t in our favour.
Do we have to buy all of it?
No. Most clients start with one thing — usually the one that’s visibly broken — and add as it earns the right. The only service that assumes the others is Campaign Management, because coordinating one channel isn’t a job.
Which one should we start with?
Usually whichever is leaking money now. If nobody knows you exist, that’s media. If they know you and don’t call, it’s the site or the message. The audit exists to answer exactly this, and it costs nothing.
How much does any of this cost?
Management fees run roughly $1,500–$10,000 a month depending on the service and scope, with media budget separate and paid straight to the outlets. Production and websites are quoted per project. Every service page has its own honest range on it.
What makes you different from a big-city agency?
We know this market because we’ve bought it every week since 1977, and you’ll speak to the people doing the work rather than an account manager relaying it. What we’re not is a national shop with a research department — if you need pan-regional media strategy, hire one.
Do you work outside East Texas?
Yes — digital, OTT, social, and search work anywhere, and plenty of our clients sell well past Texas. Our unfair advantage is specifically local media buying, so it’s strongest close to home. We’ll say so if you’d be better served elsewhere.
Can we keep our current agency for part of it?
Often, and it’s more common than you’d think. It works as long as everyone’s reading the same plan and somebody owns the whole. What doesn’t work is two agencies quietly optimising for different numbers.
Are we locked into a contract?
After an initial 90 days it’s month to month, and any media flights already booked run to term. Forty-nine years in one market only works if people leave on good terms and come back.
What if you tell us we don’t need you?
Then that’s the audit doing its job. It happens several times a year — the account’s in decent shape, here are three fixes, no charge. We’d rather be the people you call in two years than the ones who took a retainer we hadn’t earned.
